Berne Convention Status of Sierra Leone
Sierra Leone is not part of the Berne Convention, meaning the Intellectual Property Rights Office cannot provide any guarantees about the protection you may be able to claim for works created in Sierra Leone, either within Sierra Leone or in other countries. You may still register your work and may still benefit from doing so, but it is recommended that you consult an intellectual property lawyer familiar with the copyright law covering Sierra Leone for advice before doing so.
